Surbacon was started in 1991 by Mr. G.K Ravi Kumar who studied Architecture at IIT, Kharagpur. After working abroad for many years he returned to India wanting to build homes that had these characteristics. Over the years we have established a reputation for building large homes in mid size communities while providing real value for the people who buy them.
His son Arjun Ravi Kumar completed his MBA at the Asian Institute of Management, Manilla also joined Surbacon in 2011 and now manages most of the construction and marketing aspects of the business
